1. Return Window

 

You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Due to the delicate nature of our fabrics (sequins, metallic weaves, and textured knits), we enforce strict return quality checks:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

• Original tags must be attached and intact.

• Items must be free of stains (makeup, deodorant, tanning products), odors (perfume, smoke), or alterations.

• Important: Please take extra care when trying on garments with sequins or metallic threads to avoid snags. Items returned with snags or damage will not be accepted.
